When the companion pet is still alive
  • To increase the cloning success rate we recommend that you bank your pet’s cells.
  • Please contact your veterinarian to obtain biopsy samples (Biopsy Instructions)
  • Please contact us and ask us about our cell banking services.
When the companion pet has passed away
  • Do not freeze the body.
  • Wrap the body in a wet towel and refrigerate the body.

  • After the pet passes away, the cells start to degrade and the success rate will drop as the time passes.
  • We recommend that you preserve the cells before your pet passes away (Cell Banking)

* Please remember that you must obtain the biopsy samples within 2 days and provide us with the samples within 5 days for the highest possibility of cloning.
